Regular massage benefits body and mind.

Helping others has been my lifelong goal. The path that has been the most rewarding and fulfilling for me has been massage therapy.

I have always believed that the practice of self care, pain management and a healthy lifestyle are important. I am constantly learning and expanding my own practices. Sharing my knowledge with others and watching their own lives flourish brings me great joy. I opened my business Take Root Massage & Yoga Studio in October of 2020 to help others like me live a healthier life.

My hopes are that each person leaves my office with increased flexibility and movement, reduced pain and the restoration of both body and mind. I have been a licensed and practicing Massage Therapist since March of 2013 and am a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage. I am currently pursuing a certification to teach yoga and mindful eating. I specialize in Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Post injury massage, Trigger point and connective tissue massage, Myofascial therapy massage and Tension and Migraine relief massage. When I am not in my office I enjoy spending time with my family and animals, yoga, gardening, hiking and cooking.
